About us
The residents' voice at Parx Laureate
The Parx Laureate Apartment Owners Association (PLAOA) is the elected body of apartment owners at Parx Laureate, Sector 108, Noida Expressway. We represent residents in dealings with the facility management agency, the developer and civic authorities, and we run the community life of the township.
Our work is voluntary and transparent: accounts are shared with members, decisions are taken in committee meetings, and every notice is published here for all residents.
